K-12 Resources & Access
The Oregon K-12 community has access to a suite of Gale databases thanks to the Statewide Database Licensing Program from the State Library of Oregon. The database content can support classroom instruction, student research projects, and more. A central access point is on the elementary and secondary. Find Information pages on OSLIS. This flyer features relevant K-12 databases and highlights some of the built-in tools.
School library staff are encouraged to register their school or district’s IP addresses with Gale so users are not prompted to log in to the databases when accessing them from campus. Also, you are welcome to use Gale’s database icons when promoting the resources.
